It's
placed on a shelf
and
seen through
a
glass door.
A treasure box,
given to me
by a friend.
She'd found a box of
vintage cards, and
tucked one inside
the gift package.
The card
with her writing,
is now stored inside
the treasure box,
itself
being now
a
treasured
memory.
