Budding....the beginning
Very quickly the bud opens......
In no time, it has expanded fully into flower.....
Late afternoon the flower begins to wither.....
Near nightfall......it has shriveled and fallen to the ground......
This beautiful plant continually blooms....replenishing
itself with new buds and flowers all summer long.
