All winter long we've waited for the cold,
and now March winds have brought with them
temperatures that threaten frost.
Charles Dickens has described the
sort of days we're having.
It was one of those March days when
the sun shines hot and the wind blows
cold: when it is summer in the light
and winter in the shade.
