While away from home for a few days,
the temps dropped down around
freezing, resulting in a few changes in our tropical garden.
The berries on the Nandina plants have
turned a brilliant red color, and
the few leaves left on the
Crape Myrtle trees are now
a lovely red.
The department stores are advertising
"January Whites"....
while I'm enjoying
"January Red."

absolutely gorgeous.
