Masterpiece Theater's
Downton Abbey, Season 2,
ended this past Sunday evening.
I let out a sigh....and maybe even
a little whimper.
From the beginning of Downton Abbey,
Season l, I've been a big fan of Downton's
aristocrats and servants.
I'm excited there will be a Season 3,
and thrilled to hear that Shirley Maclaine
will join the cast. Perhaps misguided
spiritually, she is a good character
actress.
It will be fun to see her interact
with Maggie Smith,
as Shirley plays Lady Grantham's mother.
