Wayne is the hired
fellow that trims our
tall palms and
others trees
around the cottage.
For several years,
he's been a faithful helper,
and good friend to the Mister.
As the years pass, Wayne's
taken over more and more
projects in the garden.
Two weeks ago, he trimmed
the Crape Myrtle trees for
the Mister.....and it looks like
just in time.
New growth can be seen on all
the Myrtle trees.
Before long we'll have
gorgeous fuchsia blooms.
Photos were taken mid day....today...
Just look at that gorgeous Florida blue sky.
"What you see is the clear warm light of April,
and it means that we can begin a whole new
year together, Toad.
Think of It," said Frog.
"We will skip through the meadows and run
through the woods and swim in a river.
In the evenings we will sit right here
on this front porch and count the stars."
